Consulting
Need ideas to give it that extra special touch? Or just some help with the small details?
This hourly service is designed for those who have the desire to plan, coordinate and follow through on all of the details themselves. Here we offer our expertise and guidance in advising you of the selections and resources available to you.
We Can...
~ Assist with Budget Planning
~ Help with Vendor Research & Booking of Appointments
~ Answer questions & brainstorm ideas on all aspects of the wedding
~ Assist with etiquette, themes, styles,design, decorations, favors etc.
~ Assist with schedules, timeline, checklists, and itinerary for wedding day
~ Assist with ideas for other wedding functions such as Rehearsal Dinners
~ Assist with wedding invitations and thank you cards
~ Making suggestions for accommodations for out of town guests
~ Assist with any other wedding concerns you have in planning your wedding
This service is $150.00 for the first hour and $75.00 each hour after that (minimum of 2 hours).
Day of Wedding Coordination
Every service that we offer is tailored to each couples' individual needs. First, we offer a free consultation to discuss the needs and concerns of the couple, then we amend our services to fit that particular need. We will meet with you a second time before the wedding to discuss wedding day vendor expectations. If needed, we will call vendors to ensure reliability prior to the wedding. We will arrive prior to the wedding start time to meet with vendors, help set up, organize the bridal party, and be of full assistance to the bride to perfect any detail of her day.
Here are some specific things I can do for you:
~ One meeting prior to the wedding to discuss wedding day expectations
~ Call vendors prior to wedding to ensure reliability and make introductions
~ Arrive one or two hours before the wedding and stay until the end
~ Wedding Ceremony Organization and Direction
~ Assist bride and family members with personal requests
~ Coordinate bridal party and family during ceremony
~ Oversee vendor set-up
~ Assist in setting up brides personal decorations
~ Serve as an advocate for the bride to all others involved in the wedding
~ Arrange the bridal party
~ Mediate conflicts between bride, bridal party and family members.
~ Provide calm for anyone who seems nervous
~ Ensure the timing of particular events, schedules etc...
~ Talk to the DJ or Band about songs
~ Make sure flowers are arranged correctly
~ Direct photographer to capture important moments
~ Distribute final payments to vendors
~ Keep watch on bride to ensure dress and hair is in place
~ Hold on to important items bride may need
Flat Fee of $800.
Please note that an Assistant will be on site for the day of the wedding for the ceremony, photoshoot, and for the Bridal Party introductions into the reception at no extra cost.
Day of Service Plus Consultation Service
This Service includes all aspects included in the day-of package mentioned above, plus consulting sessions.
Fee: Day-of package plus 2 Consulting sessions: $1200
(That's a total of 4 consulting sessions!)
Day-of package plus 3 Consulting sessions: $1400
(That's a total of 5 consulting sessions!)
Full Event Service
This full service enables us to work closely with you from the brainstorming stage, all the way to the Event Day. We will help with as little or as much as you wish!
~ Assist with Ceremony and Reception Site and Vendor Selection
~ Research availability and Cost of sites and vendors
~ Contract Review and recommendations for negotiation
~ Pre-Planning and Coordination of your event details
~ Developing styles, décor, theme, colours, cake and favors
~ Budgeting~Creating and Updating the budget spreadsheets
~ Allocating your funds to achieve the best overall value for your money
~ Anticipating~We identify the details that you might otherwise miss!
~ Guest Services
~ Lodging,Transportation, Group Activities, Scheduling etc...
~ Deadlines, Staying on track with decisions, deposits, and communications
~ Timelines ~Mapping out EVERY detail in relation to time
~ Communication ~ Unlimited phone calls and e-mails
~ Pre-Event Meetings and On Site Rehearsal
~ Reviewing the entire event plan, ensuring consistency
~ Event Day Coordination ~
Our experienced eyes watch over all of the details as they come together.
Often minor changes to the plan must be made spontaneously...
A Coordinator who can make those changes efficiently and quietly.

Full Event Service Fee would be calculated at 10% of the total Wedding budget.
How it Works:
Example:
If the total cost of the wedding is:
$15,000 the fee would be $ 1,500
$30,000 the fee would be $ 3,000
Please note:
~ A minimum of $ 1,500 applies if total wedding cost based from 10% fee is below $1,500.
~ Clients are responsible to provide: Meals during the reception & Accommodations if needed.
